How to enrol

Selecting Holy Family Primary, will give your child the best opportunity to develop academically, spiritually and socially through partnership in Catholic education.

Holy Family is now accepting enrolments for children eligible to commence Kindergarten next year.

Enrolment enquiries are also welcome for primary school aged children seeking enrolment during the school year.

School tours can be arranged on request by contacting the office on 4773 7100 weekdays between 8:30am and 4:00pm or sending us an email.

Enrolment Procedure

Step 1:
View our facilities

Step 2:
Provide your expression of interest

Families seeking enrolment at Holy Family Catholic Primary are requested to submit an Expression of Interest for Enrolment. An Enrolment Pack will then be mailed to you.

Complete and submit the online Expression of Interest form.

Alternatively, enrolment packages containing the Enrolment Instructions and Application Form are available from the school office. Just visit our school or call 4773 7100 weekdays between 8:30am and 4:00pm to request a package today.

Step 3:
Enrolment Application

Read the Enrolment Instructions and Checklist for relevant supporting documents. Complete and submit an Enrolment Application Form.

The completed Enrolment Application, together with all requested supporting documentation, must be submitted in person to our school office. Please be aware that we are unable to accept or process incomplete applications.

Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee automatic placement.

Step 4:
Enrolment Interview

All students seeking enrolment at Holy Family Catholic Primary are required to attend an interview. Once the Enrolment Application has been submitted, we will contact you to schedule an interview. The enrolling student and at least one parent/carer are required to attend the interview.

Step 5:
Enrolment Acceptance

We will advise the outcome of your application in writing shortly after the interview.

If you receive a Letter of Offer, you are required to return the Enrolment Acceptance Form and pay the $100 non-refundable Enrolment Deposit by the requested date, to secure your position. This deposit contributes towards your first term school-based fees.

The Bishop Manning Scholarship Fund provides full or part scholarships to assist families in financial need who desire a Catholic education for their children, but for whom the cost is out of reach.
